Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original dust bags and shipping box, ensuring the luxury craftsmanship is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
